The project involves a landscape and terrain-related restructuring with the establishment of a lagoon, surrounding the museum, which as a result will be located on an island.
70,000 m3 will be excavated for the establishment of the lagoon.
The surrounding terrain is modeled, road and parking conditions will be rearranged and there will be established three road bridges and two bridges for pedestrians.
The forecourt is embellished with coloured asphalt. Finally the dune is extended and the vegetation is changed.
