At Barslund, we want to be developers’ preferred partner in our core areas – earthmoving, sewerage and surfacing contracts, i.e. the markets in which we are active.

We want to be the developer’s constructive, qualified sparring partner and provide high, well-defined quality on time.

We want to engage in fruitful dialogue with developers and ensure a healthy feedback environment where communication and a solution-oriented approach to the contract are a key part of our collaboration.

Active objectives:

Upon delivery of each project, we evaluate the process and produce a report in collaboration with the developer, which provides a score between 1 and 5

(5 being the highest and best). We aim to achieve a total annual average of at least 3.75 for 2014.
